GENERAL RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The mobile home is rented for one week and includes the campsite tax, water, gas, electricity, car park and the access to the campsite activities.
The rental period starts at the arrival date at 3 pm and ends at 10 am at the departure date. You are obliged to wear a plastic bracelet (anti-allergic and unviolable). You will receive this bracelet at your arrival and you have to wear it during your whole stay at the campsite.
Every mobile home is equipped with dishes, kitchen utensils, blankets, garden furniture, covered terrace. This material will be inventoried, the lessee needs to verify and to define any missing object or deterioration.
A deposit will be asked at arrival and refunded at departure. In case of deterioration or missing objects, (a part of) the deposit won’t be refunded (deterioration deposit : 300 €, cleaning deposit : 80 €)
The lessee needs to clean up the mobile home. If it isn’t cleaned up at the departure date, the cleaning deposit (80 €) won’t be refunded.
Every lessee needs to respect the campsite rules, received at the arrival date.
Pets (maximum 12 kilos, 1 per rental) are allowed only if on a leash and with updated vaccinations.
No extra persons is accepted without our agreement.
GENERAL RESERVATION AND PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The rental agreement is nominal and can’t be transmitted to someone else. The agreement is confirmed after our approval, our availabilities, and after reception of a deposit of 30 % (+ reservation fees + cancellation insurance)
You will receive the rental agreement with the confirmation of the dates of your stay.
The total amount should be paid 30 days before arrival. We will send you an invoice after reception of the payment. This invoice will be asked at your arrival at the campsite. Without this invoice, your reservation will be cancelled, and the deposit won’t be refunded.
If you reserve less then 30 days before arrival, you need to pay the total amount at the reservation.
No refund in case of delayed arrival or anticipated departure.
Without a letter of the lessee, defining a change of arrival date, the mobile home will be available, without refund, for other clients, 24 hours after the reserved arrival date.
GENERAL CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In case of cancellation of the reserved mobile home, we will keep :
A) rental, reservation and insurance fees.
B) an amount for agreement break :
1b) 30% of the total amount of the stay, in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the reserved arrival date.
2b) the total amount of the stay, in case of cancellation less than 31 days before the reserved arrival date, or if you don’t show up at the arrival date.
Every agreement modification need to be defined within 24 hours and confirmed by registered letter.
The cancellation insurance (facultative) costs 15€ per week. It refunds you 20 % of the total amount of the agreement, in case of cancellation between the reserved arrival date and 30 days before the reserved arrival date. 100% of the total amount in case of cancellation less than 30 days before this date. |
